Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal and open purchase!

•Paid/ booked booking is NOT REFUNDABLE!

•According to our booking policy, the reservation is binding and unfortunately the fee will not be refunded upon cancellation. We need to plan the activities well in advance and each seat is reserved specifically for the respective participants.

We still want to try to help you as best we can. If you want, please feel free to:
• entrust the place to a friend or colleague, or
• contact us and we will see if there is an option to move the booking to another date (cannot be guaranteed, but we always try whenever possible).

•Late arrival is not expected and no refund will be made.

•Do not forget to bring a driver's license to show to the guide before the tour starts, if you do not have a driver's license with= not allowed to drive-

The reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed.

Full refunds are given in the event of weather conditions that make the activity unsuitable or dangerous, such as thunder, storm or other weather conditions.

In case of illness, the full amount will be refunded upon presentation of the sickness certificate (no later than 72 hours before the tour starts) (- admin/ booking fees)
