2. Awards

Each item is stated including VAT in Swedish Kronor. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all taxes such as VAT.

3.1 Payment

Payment is made through the selected payment method at the checkout. The payment method is provided by the selected payment method together with partners.

4.3 Damaged goods and complaints

When starting the activity in the reservation, it is important that you check that the products are not damaged or faulty. Should the product be faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement product if available.

The lessee is responsible for maintaining and using the equipment in the best way. In the event of obvious negligence or theft, the lessee will be liable for damages or theft.

6th. The deductible is paid by the lessee if you have caused damage to rented equipment/machinery yourself. Full deductible at 20 000 SEK, (check with your insurance company if they reimburse this cost) If you cause a minor damage, you only pay for the damaged part and repair cost.
7. Personal injuries are covered by your own insurance. OBS. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid insurance.

5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

Paid booking is NOT REFUNDABLE!

According to our booking policy, the reservation is binding and the fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. We need to plan the activities well in advance and each seat is reserved specifically for the respective participants.

We still want to try to help you as best we can. If you want, please feel free to:
• entrust the place to a friend or colleague, or
• contact us and we will see if there is an option to move the booking to another date (cannot be guaranteed, but we always try whenever possible).

Late arrivals are not expected and no refund will be made.

Cancellation due to illness will be refunded (-amin/ booking fees) when medical certificate can be presented no later than 72h before the start of the activity.

A full refund is given if we decide that weather conditions are unsuitable for the activity or dangerous, such as thunder, storm or other weather conditions.

6. Processing of personal data

In order to receive, process and deliver your order, Idre Adventure will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. 8. Cookies

10.1 Force Majeure

Force Majeure, such as war, major industrial conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection, or any other scale beyond the control of a Party that prevents a Party from fulfilling its obligations and exempts the Party from doing so. Such exemption applies provided that the activity cannot be carried out under these conditions either. The counterparty shall be immediately informed of any circumstances which may apply this provision

10.2 Modification of contract terms

After the customer has made a purchase, the Selling Company does not have the right to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed

Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Disputes concerning purchases under these terms and conditions shall be dealt with exclusively by the Swedish General Court.
